At Estailo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Estailo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
